Israeli, Jordanian archeologists discuss risks to historical sites

Archeologists from around the world gathered this week in Acre for the second annual World Heritage Workshop on 'Disaster Risk Reduction to Cultural Heritage Sites.'

Organized by Israel Antiquities Authority and UNESCO the workshop gathered more than 80 international experts from 16 countries to discuss topics ranging from risk mapping in Petra to the preservation of historic buildings in China.
