As Indonesia faces yet another volcanic eruption, the BBC looks at some of the most recent volcanic blasts and at why Indonesia's islands are so volatile. It highlights the country's risk reduction action in developing a tsunami early warning centre following the 2004 undersea earthquake off Sumatra that generated the devastating Indian Ocean tsunami in Thailand, India, Sri Lanka and Somalia.
