Indonesia to develop tornado early warning system

A cooperation between the National Disaster Mitigation Agency and the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency will enable both agencies to use the weather radar network of the meteorology agency at most airports to identify conditions with the potential to produce tornadoes, reports the Jakarta Globe. People are urged to remain cautious until the early warning system is developed. "Try to avoid being around a tree, billboards and roofs whenever there is cold and strong winds.
