Climate policy key to fighting global warming: experts

The Taiwanese goverment introduced a climate change adaptation framwork in June, and now is seeking help from the UK to identfy climate change related risks and solutions. "In addition to the industry, we are working to raise public awareness about the importance of dealing with climate change in advance because it is an urgent issue that could affect all aspects of life," said Wu Chih-wei, an official from the Bureau of Energy.
