Dear Colleagues,

ADRRN is a convener of the Civil Society Stakeholder group. We are collaborating with our key partners, including GNDR, ICVA, ACFID, and others, to strengthen the participation of civil society colleagues at APMCDRR in order to maximise the impact of the messages from the communities we serve.

The context of the CSO consultation is explained in the video. It also outlines how your support with the following actions will be helpful in sharing the vital information and messaging at the APMCDRR in September 2022 and beyond.

We seek your support for your participation with two key things:

1. Feedback for Call for Action document

The form also contains another link for you to view the full DRAFT Call for Action. The deadline for feedback is August 30, 2022.

2. Indigenous / Local Resilience Practice Sharing

This is for those who will be there at APMCDRR and who wish to share indigenous or local resilience practices from their country with others. The submission will allow us to coordinate the session well. The deadline for this form is September 12, 2022.

Forward this news with your networks and colleagues so that they can watch the video too and participate with their feedback.

For any questions, please contact: Takeshi Komino, t.komino@cwsjapan.org | Meghna Chawla, meghna@seedsindia.org

Thank you.
