China: Govt calls southern provinces to prepare for floods

With more than 175 lives lost and 86 missing in the recent floods that have hit southern China, the National Disaster Reduction Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs have urged several provinces to prepare, as more rainfall is expected for the region next week, reports Xinhua.
