The Barbados: ICTs, social networks key tools to disaster risk reduction

"Information and Communication Technologies as well as social networks are just some of the critical tools that will be needed to share information with children and young people about the importance of disaster risk reduction," said the Deputy Executive Director (Ag) of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency, Elizabeth Riley, on the occasion of the International Day for Disaster Reduction.
