Australia: UN hoping children take leadership role in disaster management

Angelika Planitz, head of the UN's regional office for the International Strategy for Disaster Risk Management, is speaking at ABC Radio Australia on the occasion of the International Day for Disaster Reduction, which comes in a year where the Pacific has had more than a fair share of disasters, ranging from floods, to tsunamis to earthquakes.
