Asia: Space tech centre to manage natural hazards

"As close partners, India and Asean could establish a space technology aided disaster management centre that will provide timely connectivity and information for strategic decision making and planning" said Malaysia's special envoy on infrastructure to India Datuk Seri S. Samy Velluin, speaking at the conclusion of the Delhi Dialogue III session that took place in Delhi last week.
