National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs) serve as simplified, rapid and direct channels for Least Developed Countries to identify and communicate priority activities to address their urgent and immediate adaptation needs.

This NDC builds on Myanmar's efforts on on adaptation, Disaster Risk Reduction, and mitigation and sets key sectoral conditional targets that the government aims to achieve with international financial and technical assistance.
