National Risk 09 – Looking beyond the Register
Where last year’s National Risk conference held in November looked at the importance of the National Risk Register and the audiences for whom the lessons were written, this event will aim to go beyond the local ‘whys’ and look at the strategic national ‘how’.
The day will be opened by the Deputy Mayor of London in the City Hall. The day will take in a variety of perspectives on the subject of how to deal with the risks that could potentially affect the UK. This will draw on national experiences and strategies to international examples and the lessons identified.
