The consultations in Palau were conducted as a complementary activity to the HFA Monitor Country Progress Review facilitated by SPC SOPAC. Issues discussed included i) achievements, challenges, and opportunities, ii) disaster and development, iii) accountability and governance, iv) linking DRM and climate change.
