Join the HeatWatch team for a session on “Heat and Gender”, featuring insights from two ongoing projects: the Study on Heat Resilience among Women Gig Workers in Delhi and Research on the Impact of Heat on Garment Workers.

Programme

The presentation will be complemented by first-person narratives from two community leaders—one from the women gig workers community and one from the garment workers union, who will share their lived experiences, everyday challenges, and key demands. The session will conclude with an open Q&A with the speakers.
