This Online Course in Climate Time Series Analysis explores methods for robust analysis of climate time series relevant to risk assessment: trend estimation, persistence, variability, spectral signals, correlation/teleconnections, and extreme-value time series.
Emphasis on uncertainty quantification and reproducible workflows for hazard/impact studies (floods, storms, heat). Participants can bring their own datasets; two-month post-course feedback supports application.
Fee & scholarships
EUR 1,200 (net; VAT where applicable). Limited, need-based ACRE reductions to EUR 800 (net) if awarded (ACRE: non-profit sister organisation, founded 2021).
