信州大学は、長野県松本市旭三丁目1番1号に本部を置く日本の国立大学。1873年創立、1949年大学設置。大学の略称は信大（しんだい）、信州大。信州は長野県の旧国名である信濃国に由来する。
Shinshu University is a Japanese national university located in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, Japan. As the only national university in Japan bearing the name of a former Japanese province, it bears the name "Shinshu" (alternative name for Shinano Province), and is firmly rooted in the many regions of Nagano Prefecture.

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
