Czech Republic: Law 239 from June 28, 2000 on the integrated rescue system and on the amendment of some laws
This law specifies the integrated rescue system and the rights and obligations of legal entities and natural persons in preparation for emergencies, and in rescue and remedy work and in the protection of the population before and during the proclamation of a state of jeopardy, emergency, or national danger. § 6 requires ministries that prepare for emergencies to keep records of possible sources of risk and to analyse dangers in the frame of prevention. Early warning is mentioned in § 2, § 7, § 10, § 15, § 16, § 17, § 23, § 24, and § 25.
