Community linked early warning system – good practices

This document reports on the implementation of a drought early warning system project in Karamoja, Uganda, involving both and fully the local authorities and local communities from the beginning to the end of the process. It identifies a number of lessons learnt as well as a few recommendations for the system to be fully sustainable.
