Mission

Just Economy and Labor Institute (JELI) is non-profit organization working to promote social justice and ensure the protection of labor rights. They support workers and labor organizations by offering educational and capacity-building programs. They also partner with rights-based organizations that share our vision and missions to conduct research and design campaign-oriented trainings aimed to achieve economic and labor justice.

The Fair Labour and Economic Institute (JELI) is a non-profit organization working to promote social justice, focusing on protecting workers' rights. They support workers and labour rights organizations through education, training programs, and capacity building. They also collaborate with like-minded labour rights partners to conduct research, design training programs, and develop campaign skills, with our ultimate goal of creating economic and labour justice.

JELI promotes labor justice by empowering workers and working-class communities and producing strategic research for campaigns and policies aimed at achieving a just economy and society.

They also aim to bridge the gap between producers and workers in order to foster solidarity, autonomy, and a powerful working-class movement. They do this through the promotion of solidarity economy and worker/producer-owned initiatives such as cooperatives.​

JELI aims to promote labor rights justice. They conduct training to empower workers and working-class groups, while simultaneously producing strategic research to form the basis for advocacy and policy advocacy. Their ultimate goal is to create a just economic and social system.

They are also focused on bridging the gap between producers and workers to promote unity and self-determination without domination, strengthening the working-class movement. To achieve this, they choose to promote a unified economic system, encouraging producers and workers to have joint ownership, for example, through the establishment of cooperatives.
