Review of local governments’ emergency warning capability: report 1, 2014-15

This report assesses the capability of local government in Queensland to issue contextualised, fit-for-purpose, consistent and accurate warnings through all phases of disaster events. It examines a system that needs to deliver locally and embrace centralised support. Further, it includes recommendations focused on delivering the best possible community outcomes.
