Plano de Resiliência Vinhedo 2017 - 2020
The Vinhedo Local Resilience Plan brings together in its pages the best efforts of the municipal public power to provide the population with decent living conditions. The regulatory frameworks signed by the UN, referring to the World Humanitarian Cup, the Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, the Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement and Habitat III, will also serve as a foundation for the development of resilience initiatives in the city.
This plan drawn is not the end of a job, of a miss. It actually signs a set of strategies to give continuity and develop more and better initiatives, both on the part of the government and on the part of civil society. The main purpose of this work is to guide and further qualify disaster reduction practices, leading to a more humane and safe city for its citizens. It represents, therefore, a further step in a journey towards new times. The plan brings together reflections and practices that demonstrate a team's work. We bring together the most varied segments in the municipal administration in the name of the relevant purpose of improving the resilience conditions of Vinhedo. In this regard, it is worth highlighting that the collaboration of the population was essential to making these efforts successful.

O Plano Local de Resiliência de Vinhedo reúne em suas páginas os melhores esforços do poder público municipal em proporcionar à população condições de vida dignas.
Os marcos regulatórios firmados pela ONU, refiro-me à Cúpula Mundial Humanitária, ao Marco para a Redução de Riscos de Desastres 2015-2030, aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, ao Acordo de Paris e à Habitat III serviram igualmente como fundamentação para o desenvolvimento de iniciativas de resiliência em nossa cidade.
Esse plano traz consigo não o fim de um trabalho, de uma missão. Ele na verdade firma um conjunto de estratégias para dar continuidade e desenvolver mais e melhores iniciativas, tanto por parte do governo quanto por parte da sociedade civil.
O propósito maior dessa obra é orientar e qualificar ainda mais as práticas de redução de desastres, rumo a uma cidade mais humana e segura para seus cidadãos. Representa, portanto, um passo a mais em uma caminhada rumo a novos tempos.
O plano reúne reflexões e práticas que evidenciam um trabalho de equipe. Reunimos segmentos os mais variados na administração municipal em nome do relevante propósito da melhoria das condições de resiliência de Vinhedo. Sob esse aspecto, cabe ressaltar que a colaboração da população foi essencial para fazer esses esforços resultarem em sucesso.
