National weather forecasts and early warning system perception survey report, Lao PDR

This is a comprehensive assessment of how diverse communities engage with weather forecasts and early warnings. To gain a deeper understanding of how early warnings are received and used by communities, and most significantly the most vulnerable, a national early warning system perception survey was conducted. The survey reached over 1,700 households across nine provinces.
