This book presents a collection of 17 representative stories of ‘Most Significant Change’ of persons with disabilities as well as family and community members who are part of the change in their villages through the Disability Inclusive Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction (CBDRM) Project implemented by Maltese International in Vietnam over the past 2 years. It illustrates the end result of the project through these people's words of empowerment, confidence, community solidarity and resilience.
