From knowledge to action - How to leverage country climate and development reports : Insights for government officials and country stakeholders

Based on insights gained from the first two years of CCDR publications, this note identifies five channels through which the reports can support policy formulation and investment prioritization, or inform projects and programs. 

 The five modalities of CCDR operationalization include: 

• Directly informing government policies and action
• Informing national or sector-specific development plans and climate strategies
• Helping to build mechanisms to mobilize and coordinate donor or partner support
• Identifying priorities for World Bank support through the Country Partnership Framework (CPF) and other country engagement mechanisms
• Equipping governments with the tools and models they need to conduct their own analyses and identify knowledge gaps
