Guide on the special needs of people with disabilities for emergency managers, planners & responders

It begins with lessons from previous events and research, then discusses approaches to creating effective partnerships with disabled people in disaster planning – this is the main part of the guide – before considering specific aspects of evacuation planning and recovery.
