The SOLKAS newsletter: Turning climate science and local wisdom into resilience for all

This first issue of the SOLKAS Newsletter highlights the powerful experiences of communities such as Santa Cruz, Kilokaka, and Central Province, communities that have embraced climate knowledge and turned it into practical action.

The SOLKAS Project was built on a clear vision, to ensure that schools and communities across Solomon Islands are better equipped to understand climate risks and take informed action. This inaugural issue marks a new chapter in how this Project is communicated and how its stakeholders learn and collaborate as they work to strengthen climate resilience from the national level down to the most remote communities in the Solomon Islands.
