Mission
ZEVIZAR Ltd. is a disaster intelligence technology company dedicated to providing high-end resilience technology and decision support for enterprises, public authorities, and critical infrastructure operators. Their mission is to transition disaster preparedness from static manuals to continuous, operational decision support through our flagship Disaster Intelligence Platform (DIP). They specialize in developing Private AI, Trust-Aware Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and Conversational GIS bridges that ensure precision safety, data sovereignty, and zero-hallucination guidance in high-stakes crisis environments. "Precision safety shouldn't be a luxury; ZEVIZAR provides high-end resilience technology for every enterprise and organization worldwide."
- Disaster Intelligence & Private AI: Developing and deploying deterministic, air-gapped AI frameworks that process real-time hazard telemetry and organizational SOPs without exposing sensitive enterprise data to public cloud networks.
- Conversational GIS & Risk Mapping: Integrating real-time field telemetry with digitized organizational procedures and geospatial layers to provide instant, spatially explicit consequence estimates for critical infrastructure and corporate assets.
- Strategic Consultation & Resilience Protocols: Providing specialized B2B and B2G advisory services, including the "Resilience Protocol v4.0" for national security entities and multinational corporations, integrating climate telemetry with geopolitical and operational risk modeling.
- Post-Disaster Reconnaissance & Data Analysis: Leveraging field investigation data from global structural networks to train and validate structural vulnerability algorithms, automated Rapid Visual Screening (RVS), and damage assessment models.
- Multi-Hazard Remote Sensing: Utilizing satellite imagery and automated image analysis for scalable damage assessment and risk mapping across earthquakes, floods, and wildfires.

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
