Mission
Marine Science Centre aims to study various aspects of marine science and related sciences Other especially in the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea, the Red Sea and inland waters affected by the phenomenon of tidal respects the physical, chemical, geological and biological, climatic, and to prepare studies and research related to the reality and ways to develop fisheries and natural resources and protection from pollution and optimizing each marine resources and marine development of strategic studies of its importance for the public benefit.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
