Journal of Social Welfare and Management
Mission
The Journal of Social Welfare Management addresses the pressing global social welfare issues emerging from demographic shifts, migration patterns, and economic globalization. By examining the experiences of countries navigating these challenges, the journal fosters debate on the worldwide impact of social welfare concerns.
As a multidisciplinary platform, the journal invites high-quality submissions from diverse fields, including economics, management, population studies, political science, geography, psychology, sociology, labor management, communication, and women's studies. As a peer-reviewed and refereed journal, it ensures rigorous academic standards.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
