Mission
The Journal for Nurse Practitioners offers high-quality, peer-reviewed clinical articles, original research, continuing education, and departments that help practitioners excel as providers of primary and acute care across the lifespan. Each issue meets their practice needs and encourages discussion and feedback with thought-provoking articles on controversial issues and topics. JNP supports advocacy by demonstrating the role that policy plays in shaping practice and delivering outcomes. The journal is an official publication of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and also is affiliated with the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners.
The journal is published 10 times per year and included in Scopus, CINAHL, and the Journal Citation Reports published by Clarivate.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
