Mission
The International Journal of Human Capital Management's scope covers the latest research and developments in both theoretical and practical aspects of Human Capital Management. The journal is intended as a forum for practitioners and reseachers to share their findings from the research in the area, to identify new issues and to shape future direction for reseach, while education practitioners may use and apply the findings in a large-scale method.
The journal was first published in July 2017 and published every June and December. Papers published in its volumes have been presented at the International Management Science Conference (IMSC) 2024, reflecting the journal's aim for collaboration with international academic forums and its commitment to disseminating high-quality, peer-reviewed research in the field of Human Capital Management.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
