Mission
Future Proof was born from the Paulele Hale Association (TPHA), a nonprofit founded to pioneer climate-resilient, affordable housing.
TPHA’s first “Future Proof” home (2020-2021) is designed to withstand wildfire, hurricane, seismic, and drought conditions - earning insurance recognition and proving resilience is achievable.
Building on this credibility, TPHA launched an AI-driven resource hub that evolved into Future Proof Property Intelligence PBC in 2024, uniting advanced risk analytics with practical construction remediation to safeguard homes, lower insurance costs, and strengthen communities.
- Recently released app, Magic Window, to educate homeowners on seven disaster risks;
- Community level response resources;
- Commencing work with Columbia University Nvidia and IBM Climate Intelligence on generative AI voice agent, structural engineering LLM (USA) and educational programs created by the University and integrated into a single intelligent application.

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
