Mission
The Florida Council of 100 is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan network of business leaders in Florida dedicated to improving the state’s economic competitiveness, quality of life, and long-term prosperity. Its members collaborate to research and develop business-driven policy solutions on priority issues such as economic development, health care access, housing, workforce talent, water resources, and resilience to storms and flooding, working with public officials and stakeholders to implement strategies that strengthen Florida’s communities and economy.

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
