日本水産工学会は、水産学に関する学理及びその応用の研究についての発表、知識の交換、情報の提供などを行う公益社団法人です。その目的は、水産学に関する研究の進歩普及を図り、学術の発展と科学技術の振興に寄与することを目指しています。また、水産工学技士養成事業や学術講演会などを通じて、水産土木建設技術の知識と技術を広めています。

Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
