US, Cuba to discuss co-op in oil spill prevention

A delegation of US technicians is currently visiting Cuba to discuss joint measures to prevent oil spills in the Gulf of Mexico notes China Daily. This visit takes place in order to avoid a major environmental disaster like the one by British Petroleum (BP) in 2010.
