UN-SPIDER sets up office in Beijing to promote disaster management cooperation

The United Nations Platform for Space-based Information for Disaster Management and Emergency Response (UN-SPIDER)has opened an office in China to promote international cooperation in disaster management by using space-based information, reports Xinhua.
