Iran is one of the low-income countries in the world, including countries with a high incidence of accidents and disasters with mass casualties. The production, distribution, and delivery of vaccines to developing countries was one of the management and international strategies to reduce the spread of the disease and ultimately reduce mortality. The publication of scientific-educational materials to promote public health, free access to new scientific articles and findings, holding international educational and management webinars with the participation of researchers from different countries, were all in line with the global effort to manage a global disasters. In previous disasters and events in our country, such as the Bam earthquake, the Kermanshah earthquake, and even the floods of 1398, international aid, along with very rich domestic activities to manage disasters, led to a reduction in damage.
