Pakistan: UNDP gives NWFP prefabricated offices for quake-hit areas

UNDP provided prefabricated offices to local institutions in the areas hit by the October 2005 Pakistan earthquake, to allow a full recovery of the governance functions. BEGIN-ER programme's aims also include developing planning capacities and implementation of disaster risk reduction activities.
