The Global Risk Modelling Alliance’s (GRMA) Call for Proposals for Malawi is now open.

The GRMA aims to fill critical model and data gaps and enhance (sub-)sovereign climate and disaster risk assessment capabilities. This Call for Proposals (CfP) reflects the gaps and needs identified and co-defined together with country partners.

 Research institutions, academia, re-insurance brokers or carriers, commercial model vendors are highly welcomed to apply! Both individual organisations and consortia are encouraged to respond, with a strong emphasis on involving local organisations.

 Deadline for proposals is May 19th, 2026. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 21nd, 2026 – all interested parties are welcome. For further details, please contact [email protected]
