Ghana: NADMO to train 1,200 disaster volunteer groups

The National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has embarked on a programme aimed at preparing Disaster Volunteer Groups (DGVs) to enable them to train the local communities in disaster management, disaster risk reduction, identification of victims, fire prevention and safety.
