"Governments should consider investing in integrating disaster risk reduction into their overall public investment and development planning" said Andrew Maskrey, lead author of the Global Assessment Report on Disaster Risk Reduction by the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction, at the Asia launch in Bangkok, Thailand.
