Summer course on wildfire research

Discover how wildfire behavior modelling, fire safety strategies, and advanced technological tools can support risk assessment and management. This course provides in-depth knowledge of wildfire dynamics, the wildland–urban interface, and decision support systems, with a strong focus on real-world applications. Participants will gain practical experience through access to the LEIF laboratory and field visits to wildfire-affected areas in Portugal.
