In commemoration of the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction 2013 in Myanmar, the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement in collaboration with DRR Working Group will organize a Review Workshop on Emergency Plan of Action for Persons with Disabilities.
Workshop objectives:
- To provide an overview of disability-inclusive DRR (DiDRR) for sensitization
- To share and revisit the Emergency Plan of Action for Persons with Disability (PWD)
- To facilitate a dialogue to solicit recommendations and specific next steps on revising the existing Emergency Plan of Action for PWDs.
