The purpose of this roundtable is to gather experts together to organize information and experiences, in order to ensure that gender and diversity are integrated into the discussions leading up to the 3rd World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction to be held in Sendai in March 2015, where the post-Hyogo Framework for Action (HFA2) is to be adopted. We will bring the results of this roundtable to the 6th Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (6AMCDRR), on 22-26 June 2014 in Bangkok.
