The National Disaster Preparedness Day (NDPD) 2014 observed across Bangladesh on Thursday, March 27, 2014 with the aim to raise awareness among people about disaster preparedness. This year the theme of the day was “Disaster has no timetable; let’s remain prepared all the time (দুর্যোগের নেই দিনক্ষণ, প্রস্তুত থাকব সারাক্ষণ)”.
