The Copenhagen Center for Disaster Research (COPE) is continuing its networking events, this time in person and on Zoom. For each meeting, we invite an expert to talk for approximately 30 minutes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.

Rico Kongsager, Associate Professor at University College Copenhagen, will talk about a new project on “Climate Change Resilience in Small Communities in the Nordic Countries” (CliCNord) which focuses on how to increase capacities in small communities to meet the effects of climate change. CliCNord discusses 8 different hazards affecting different small communities across the Nordic region.
