In celebration of concluding the activities of SASPARM-FP7 Project in Palestine:

Under the patronage of his Excellency Prime Minister Professor Rami Hamdallah, The Urban Planning and Disaster Risk Reduction Center, An-Najah National University is honoured to invite you to participate in a conference on: Seismic Risk Mitigation in Palestine

The conference themes include:
• SASPARM-FP7 activities and achievements in Palestine
• The adoption of a seismic building code in Palestine: horizons, achievements and challenges
• How to make cities more resilient, including the Hyogo Framework for action on building the resilience of nations and communities to disasters
• Discussion and dialogue sessions with representatives of relevant Palestinian institutions.
