The Philippine Academic Society for Climate and Disaster Resilience (PASCDR), in partnership with the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI) and De La Salle University (DLSU), invites researchers, educators, practitioners, and advocates to the 3rd PASCDR National Conference, to be held onsite (in-person) from October 8–10, 2025, at DLSU Manila, Philippines. With the theme Localizing Science-Based and Creative Innovations for Climate Change Action and Disaster Risk Reduction Through Partnership and Collaboration, the conference serves as a dynamic platform to share innovative research, field practices, and creative strategies that advance climate action and disaster risk reduction at the local level.
International and local participants are welcome to attend and submit entries for oral presentations, poster sessions, or organized panels aligned with the conference themes:

- Engineering and Technology
- Social Sciences and Philosophy
- Arts and Humanities
- Management and Economics
- Academic/NGOs/LGUs/Community Collaboration
