Brief Summary of role: Management and coordination of a multi country Disaster Risk Reduction programme (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia) to build resilience of communities against multi hazards. The programme will be initially funded by DIPECHO. The role will be responsible for developing and building this regional programme and to secure and expand the donor base.
