Framework on community based disaster risk management in Vietnam

This documentation is intended to facilitate community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) practitioners, including government and non-government agencies, to effectively implement natural disaster management programs in Vietnam. It has been developed through a consultative process, reviewing and consolidating of existing CBDRM materials and methodologies in Vietnam. It presents a common understanding of CBDRM and lists a set of practical tools and resources on CBDRM in Vietnam.
