Towards a more disaster resilient and safer Victoria - Green paper: options and issues

This paper discussed a number of issues in order to determine the most effective arrangements to create a more disaster resilient and safer Victoria. It discusses Victoria's ability to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from emergency events and is part of the Victorian Government reform of the State’s crisis and emergency management arrangements.
